Presenting Steeplechase Gallery

Steeplechase Gallery is the host for annual shows of Equine Sporting Art and related subjects to benefit steeplechase racing. As a sport, steeplechase is the organized season of competitive jump races, but its function and existence is intimately linked with the equestrian culture of fox and hound, and shares broad appeal among fans of flat racing, polo, and dressage. Steeplechase Gallery seeks to showcase more than just jump racing—equestrian artists of all subjects are encouraged to submit. Our goal is to build a destination show for collectors of fine Sporting Art and to represent a variety of horse sport subjects to a wide audience.

Stay tuned for our next show!

The Temple Gwathmey Steeplechase Foundation

The Temple Gwathmey Steeplechase Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit that raises funds to support steeplechase racing. We fund more than just National Steeplechase Association projects, however.

The TGSF concerns itself with safety, education, amateur participation and the overall promotion of steeplechasing. Our mission has long been to preserve and advance the sport through programs that promote Opportunity, Growth & Change. Click here to read about our programs.

The National Steeplechase Association, based in Fair Hill, Maryland, is the headquarters of American steeplechase racing. In its capacity as the official sanctioning body of U.S. steeplechase racing, the NSA licenses participants, approves racecourses, trains officials, coordinates race entries, enforces rules, compiles an official database, and oversees the national marketing and public relations of the sport. The National Steeplechase Association takes its role as the guiding hand of this proud sport’s legacy very seriously and is dedicated to preserving its tradition and history.
